FREE Calendar???

Hey, I just received an email for this years Calendar. I filled out all of the information and hit the SUBMIT button. I don't think the button is working to fulfill the order. Anyone else having issues??

I also got the email from AM today for the free calender but I had no issues when submitting. Web site said it may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

Don't type in the full name of your state, abriviate it. I had that same issue until I changed that.

5.0 and MMFF magazines have that calender if you buy this months mag.

Typing in only the state abbreviation did the trick.

I received the email as well, but the form doesn't work for me... Is this available to members living in Canada? The form doesn't appear to accept Canadian provinces in the state field.

if you cant fill out your information, it is probably for the same reason they cant ship Catalogs to Canada
