Thank You AM and BAMA

I tried the cam tune first, but with my exhaust it didn't really give me what I was expecting, so I reflashed the ECM to the Race Tune, then I went for a drive 1/4 mile up and back and WOT'd it the whole way and when I say Holy Shiznizzle (because we can't swear on MF.Com) I mean Holy Shiznizzle, I was chirping 4th.
When uploading a tune for the first time it takes about 10-15 minutes. It is a semi-slow process for the upload, but once it is in.... WOAH Baby.
I just ordered a new tune so I can update my new JLT air intake. Once that arrives, I will install the intake and reflash it again. I can't really use my stock tune anymore because my Rear Axle is now 3.73 versus the original 3.31.
So unless Bama can re-write my stock tune for me, I am screwed going back to stock.
Shane, can Bama re-write the stock tune to upgrade the Rear to 3.73 so the Speedo will work properly?

You have to request it and your car must have an offroad pipe (No cats). I take my cats off after inspection and put them back on just before inspection. So my newest tune request is set for cats (no Ghost Cam) as I have to inspect in a month, once it is done, they will come off and I can reload Ghost Cam is I want, but I wasn't impressed with it as I don't have headers so the sound is not what I expected. With my BBK X Pipes and Pypes Axle Bombs, it was very muffled.

If you're nervous about a tune... you should be, I was very nervous the first time, but now I am comfortable enough to say BAMA provides some of the best tune service. I am very protective of my car... it is like my child, much like my cat... mess with it and its your ***. American Muscle has stood behind everything they have sold me. I had only one issue once, and it wasn't tune related... had to do with a stripe kit for my 2012. One side wouldn't hold and came right off, I called, they sent a whole kit back out to me to replace one side of the car. CS like that is rare.
I like AM not because they're close by, but because they interact on the forums, are available for PM questions, and today being the biggest one of all... I have some work being done tomorrow on my car and ordered a part I figured would be here by today, but I guess with shortages in their warehouse personnel it was never shipped, so a CSR set it up that I could swing by the 7 lee Blvd Location and pick it up, and after the normal pick up time, as I couldn't get there before 4;30pm.
I know I don't spend what some customers spend, but when I need a part first place I go is AM, if out of stock and I need it yesterday, I do look around, but my first choice is AM. AM and a Tint shop in MD are the only places I trust. (yes, I drove from Philly to outside Washington DC just to get a tin job)
Cust Service like AM provides... Well, that goes a long way with me, and I am very appreciate of the leaps and bounds the AM team goes to ensure their customers are treated 1st class. While they think that is normal for any business, in todays world it is a rarity. They are in a small class of businesses I am proud to spend thousands of dollars a year at.
When I say trust the tunes, BAMA and AM... I mean it. and I don't use the word trust lightly.

You guys at American Muscle Hello, have a problem and need your help please; ever since I started building my 2010 Gt I had order all my parts from you, and I must honestly said have always been very pleased with your product and support. Now I have a dilemma on my hands and really need your help. Back in December I ordered the 50134 - Ford Racing High Performance Intake Manifold (05-10 GT) $669.99 and finally last weekend had the chance to installed, followed the instructions to the point after installing the tune the engine light stays on. Did some research and it appears the FRPP intake manifold is designed for use without the CMRC delete plates, it looks like the tune has not adjusted for this. I had returned the car to stock several times and reloaded the tune and still have the same problem. Being stationed in Germany does not make things easier either. The CMRC motors in the tune need to be turned off and the timing has to be adjusted to compensate.
Could you help me out please, if there is a cost involve to have the tunes adjusted I will gladly paid if the is an additional cost involved in solving the problem, need to get this thing corrected please.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your tune. We send out thousands of tunes and build them all from the ground up for your PCM code and your mods. They're not just "canned" tunes, they're built custom by our team, so every once in a while it's possible we mess one up! We'll definitely get it straightened out for you, though! Shoot me a PM with your order number included and I'll have our head tuning specialist re write your tune to turn of the CMRC Motors and get a revised file sent out right away!
Hang in there, we'll have you enjoying your tune in no time! We really appreciate your patience.
Most importantly, Thank you for your Service and Bravery!
-Dan
