Default Question on wheel and tire packages

My wife is giving me the awesome birthday gift of a new set of wheels. I like the staggered 2010 GT500 wheels, but I prefer the AMRs.

I was just wondering if the 18" staggered machined AMRs will be making a comeback? Once I know either way and my birthday gets a bit closer, I'll be ordering them...

I like both styles of wheels too! It's hard to say which one is better, to me it really depends on the Mustang color/styling/model. Unfortunately, the Machined AMR's have been discontinued for now. Currently we don't have plans on bringing them back, but things are always changing here, so I wouldn't rule it out!

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, I hope there's a GT500 wheel that fits your taste or another finish AMR. Let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with!

Shane

Thanks Shane, I was thinking about a darker finish AMR, but I like the machined look most.

I'm gonna pm you to see if I can get a discount code

Which finish were you looking for? All of our AMR wheel weights are listed under the "SPECS" tab on the product page. Let me know if you're having trouble locating it or if you have more questions!

Thanks. I was looking at the charcoal ones. Do you happen to know the weight of the stock 19" wheels off a 2011 GT?

Assuming you're referring to the stock 19" Brembo package wheels, I've read on the forums they weight in between 25-26lbs. However, I can't say I've ever weight them myself either.

This is definitely something I would like to note down for future reference. If you find any official Ford stamped specs, let me know!

I have the 19" stock wheels but I don't have the Brembos. Wish I did though. That's the only thing my car is missing.

After a few searches online, I didn't come across an accurate weight for the regular OEM 19" wheels. Although, they're .5" skinnier than the Brembo wheels and have a heavier casting. So, I'd expect the weight to be barely heavier than the Brembo wheels. Which is still heavier than the AMR's you're interested in!
