I found the same new genuine Ford part on Ebay for a lot cheaper then AM. I'm talking $142.69 and free shipping compared to AM selling the same part for $179.99. If I had a choice I would rather buy it from AM if they offer it at the same price.

Yes, some of the sellers are on the level, but a LOT of them are not.
I gladly pay a few dollars more (and it really is only a few) to get a reputable firm behind my parts. Be sure to use your forum discount!

There's a sticky in this section. They do price match, however eBay may not be able to be matched since its a bidding website, unless the seller has an actual webstore. Get the part number or the sku and call AM and talk to them and see if they can do it.

I'll just see if AM replies to this thread today. The people you talk to on the phone have less authority then the ones in the forums. I prefer to ask those that are allowed to give you a yes we can do that instead of the operators who are only authorized to give you a no.

it clearly states they cant price match eBay. so even you call them, email them or wait for a response from a forum rep, they will say no

I just came on here with good news. I read the price matching policy on the sticky. It makes perfect sense. So I went with plan B. I googled the Ford part number and found that Steeda sells the same part for even less then the Ebay ad.

So I called AM and they price matched the Steeda price. I now got the same part for $139.95 from AM. Win win for me.

I would have just ordered it from Steeda but when I added it to the cart it said my total was $147.90 even though it was free shipping. HUH? Instead of calling Steeda I figured I'll just call AM instead. Steeda just lost a customer due to their site.
