Support not getting back to me

I emailed AM about my BBK x pipe with high flow cats, where as the cAts went bad really quick. And they never got back I me. Has this ever happened to anyone?

How long have you been waiting? Usually I follow up with a phone call after a day if I dont hear back (in general I mean, not specifically AM)
