Exclamation AZ emission issue need help

Long story short, my 03 will not pass emissions although it has passed all prior years up to this year. Supercharged, no cats and cams. Car has a new tune due to the cam install. Was told there is nothing in the tune that would keep it from passing. Az requires 4 of the 5 monitors to read to pass. Both catalyst and EGR monitors are not ready even though I have driven the car close to 600 miles in every driving situation possible so I have met all drive cycles. I have even gone so far as putting the stock H pipe back in. Anyone out there that can help? Car has been sitting for 3 months and can't even enjoy it due to this.

I live in Sierra Vista; we don't do emissions testing down here.

Cats not ready either wire problem or not up to temp. EGR might not ever show up as pass as some vehicles its a NA test.

Cats have never read, but EGR has always been good. Only recently have both not set. Started after a cam install and new tune. According to state regs I need one or the other to set in order to pass. All other 3 monitors are good to go.

some tunes require to be reset to factory in order to pass emissions. Is this your case? However, this could cause other issues, i.e. a CAI that would otherwise throw codes if a tune isn't done.

My 05 passed with flying colors however, all I have is Cat Back's and a Air-Raid CAI without the vent and no tune.

We might be moving to the outskirts of the Tucson area. Possibly Catalina area.

Do they have emissions testing there?
