I have two 10" MTX with an MTX 6001 running them.

I love the sound and they can really bump when I want them to
How much did that run you Kingzfan ... And did you get them offline, or at a local store?? Also - How much room in your trunk do they take up?

Hey Britt,

Actually it didn't cost me too much for how great the sound is. I think I paid 180 for the amp and total for the speakers and box would be about $400. I got them at a local Best Buy store. You might be able to get them cheaper online (maybe ebay)

here is how they look...

Hope this helps

I've been running a mcIntosh 4 channel amp to 2 sets of comp kicker composites. And a JVC warren G funk signature series amp into two fosgate subs and the result is very good. I probably could get a little better subs but my boxe will not allow for a deeper depth. I have not smoked them yet. The McIntosh amp set me back around $1,500 but it is the best amp I've found out there. Funny thing is the McIntosh amp is rated at 50 watts RMS per channel and does not even list the max watts. Guessing by other amps I've had one McIntosh watt equals ten watts brand X amp with 100 times less distortion.

Sound is not all about how loud it gets. But how loud and clear it gets. Either way I could not give up my back seat for subs.
