Radio Removal on an 04'
I know this has been asked a ****load of times. But how do you take the piece off from around the stereo. Can u get detailed also. I dont want to snap anything off so thats why i ask.
thanks
and....
does anyone think it is worth it to change the headunit ( 6 disc in dash changer ) for a better head unit? should i get rid of the 6 disc for a single? I dont want to spend a ****load on some crazy screen and gps.
will i have enough power to run all new interior speakers without an amp?
thanks again

first u gotta pull off ur trim around the shifter, start towards the rear of the car then move towards the cd player, then the trim around your vents and cd player should just come right off also. there should be 4 screws holding the cd player in. ur gunna have to run new speaker wire to each speaker to bypass the mach amps or else you will end up with alot of distortion.
