'05 GT/Sat and Ipod/Shaker 1k possible?
Here's my question: I want to have, if at all possible, an XM receiver and iPod hooked up to the existing Shaker 1000 audio system. I want the iPod to be controlled by the stereo system's controls, as I don't like fumbling with the iPod in traffic, and the controls are easy access from my shifter.
I think it'd be possible to hook up both using an RCA switch for like video game systems, with one output going to

and 3 or 4 inputs and a selector switch, but I'm pretty sure this wouldn't allow control of the iPod, and would only charge if I got one of the adapters especially designed to introduce power into the iPod cable.
If I decided to scrap the iPod connection, can I just use the above mentioned link to connect to an xm unit? I was thinking about the delphi xpress RC that just came out.
