put in a noise filter at the amp and it fixed the whine.

in over 10 yrs of installing do you have any idea how many times I tried a noise filter? I can think of maybe 3 or 4 times but I remember for a fact that they never worked.

i've only used them a few times myself. the work for a little while but the whinning comes back.
