Default Putting Solobarics in the Trunk

Has anyone tried to make a box for two solobaric S12L5's or 78's into the trunk. I have a nice pair and am pissed my box doesn't fit.

while the trunk itself can hold the box, the opening to the trunk will severly limit your box choices and most boxes for a single 15 will have a hard time, let alone 2. You can do a rear seat delete and make sure they are mounted well in the back seat but the trunk will be very very hard.

yea i noticed that. I was actually thinking I should just fabricate my own box and amp rack cuz i only use my trunk to carry my work stuff and it's mainly my uniform. but am still trying to get ideas at how I should mount them. I was gonna do the rear seat delete but I sometimes have a rear passenger so im leaving that open for the moment.

Wow that trunk is beautiful. Idea may be borrowed from your setup. Never thought about mounting them like that. How bad is the trunk rattle before sealing it?

thank you. no rattling from the trunk. everything's tight with some dampening behind the license plate.
