Default radar detector, laser detector, lasor jamer??

Well got a 65 in a 50 today... second in about 6 wks, same intersection, similar speed, prior was 62 in a 50...

They use laser gun per the citation... I've been surfing around doing some research and wondering what everyone is using on here for laser guns detection?

I am trying to keep it under $300...obviously I am over that $$ among these citations

I went with a remote radar system so that it would blend in a little better. I am not sure what page it is on in my cardomain page but its there. I got a whistler pro 3450 I think.

The only good laser jammers that I have seen work are K40, and that is a little higher price then you listed....

You can detect laser, but not guard against it. And if you jam them, they will come after you. Fortunately I don't run into laser that often. I have a great detector (Escort 9500i) with GPS and K/KA/Laser that doesn't false (EVER). Keeps me in check and I haven't had a speeding ticket in years. I did get a "fail to signal intent", "following too closely" and "cutting in when not safe" the other night. Bitch jacked me up. Two of those should get thrown out and I'll probably have to pay at least one. She was tailgating me in the police cruiser, it was dark and it pissed me off so I cut around the car in front of me to get her off my ass and she stops/tickets me for it.

I just want to keep it simple, a laser detector.. F the jammer... any recommendations on the laser detector? Escort has the ZR series on sale ... the older model.

Detectors don't always work, but they do help. I just got a ticket for 103 in a 70, ticket a few months ago was 69 in a 45. I use a Beltronics Radar,Laser detector. I love to speed so I just have to keep my eyes out for cops.

I use the escort 9500ix(only have had this escort for a few months) but it above your $300 price range....love it. Knock on wood, I have not gotten a ticket with any of my other escorts I have had before.....They work great with radar but from what I know about laser is if you get hit by it your done... Beside getting a jammer....

Anyways check out escort:

One of the tickets indicates they used a Laser LTI 20-20 Truspeed ... "The TruSpeed offers speed accuracy of +/- 1 mph and a range of 2,000 feet" per truspeed's web page... just great
