Im looking at getting a indash DVD touch screen, the Pioneer AVH-P4100DVD (http://www.crutchfield.com/p_130AVHP...-P4100DVD.html) but i think im gonna have problems since my car is so old. The DVD part says it only works when the parking brake is on, since my stang is a '66 there is no way for the player to tell whether it is on or off. I wanted to know if there wass some way to get around this, i know there must be some way for the cars that dont have parking brake switches like these new ones do. Thanks in advance.

all that wire is looking for is a ground to allow it to play video. With this being said moving video inside a car that is viewable by the driver while in motion is illeagal in most states.........
ok, thanks alot. Dont worry im not going to have it on while driving, it hard enough for me to find my way to where im going let alone watching a DVD while driving!!!
