Smile shaker 500

hello mustang forums! i am new to this site and had a question for all you car audio enthusiasts.

i own a shaker 500 in my 06 v6 mustang. i saved up a few hundred dollars saved up and wanted to upgrade the audio. i am not willing to spend that much money. i dont want to add another amp or sub or replace the head unit...just replace the speakers i have. i feel that if i replace the poor quality stock speakers i can fully utilize the shaker 500. i am not looking for anything better then what the shaker 500 offers because im broke =[

i dont want to spend too much money and get a high quality speaker that would be useless for the shaker 500, and i dont want to buy a speaker that would be an insignificant step up from what i have. So the big question...what should i replace the 4 6x8 25watt 4 ohm speakers with? would a 4 ohm 40 watt rms speaker be a good replacement?

i was looking at the Pioneer TS-A6872R 6"x8" 240W peak handling 3-Way Car Speakers. and since i have no clue what the difference between a watt and an ohm is...any help would be greatly appreciated!

so do you think the Polk Audio db571 is better then the Pioneer Premier TS-A832?
its 20 dollars cheaper and seems better

also, what would be a good replacement for the two 8 inch subs on the side doors?

Default Shaker 500

I have the Shaker 500 too. I upgraded my speakers (front & back) to Sony XSV680HP speakers. I am very satisfied with them.
