Default 99 Mustang Mach 460 hacked install HELP!!!

I just bought this 99 Mustang with an after market stereo installed. I noticed that it looked hack and it had no front speakers. Well I pulled the radio to see what was up and....WHAT A HACK JOB!!!

They cut the factory plugs off and did'nt even try and hook into them, they ran power from the fuse box to the stereo with a couple of 8ga wires and tucked them under the fuses.

So my question is..is there anything in the harness I can use, like power for the radio or front speakers/tweeters???

I know some of these premium systems are hard to do an aftermarket stereo in but with the plugs cut off is there anything useful?? Also is where is the factory amp for the Mach 460??? Is it under the radio on the trans hump?
*it is a 99 v6 coupe.

Thanks

the amplifiers(2) in the coupes is mounted under the rear package tray with the subwoofer enclosure and there is a small one under the radio. I am willing to bet the enclosure has probably been gutted if the wiring was cut and you had not found it yet. If the enclosure is gone then we will need to find out what is in its place but I can help you through it.

I looked at my friends 99 GT today and all my Mach 460 stuff is gone (I am not sure about the doors yet) So I think it was stolen from the previous owner, because of the way the cables were cut.

Anyway what I have now is a Pioneer DEH2000MP and some 240watt Pioneer 6x9's or maybe 6x8's on the rear deck. There were some Phase Linear's back there but they were HACK wired back there and were shorting out, so I removed them (the Pioneers sound good)

So I want to find where the wires to the front speakers go..do they go to the radio, or do they go to one of the no longer there amps?

I do not have access to the car all the time because I bought it for my daughter and she drives it to college and work throughout the week.

If I can find the front speaker wires I can do the 9volt battery test to see if there are speakers in the doors without having to take the door panels off.

Thanks
Gary
