Default iSimple PXAMG - no line-in audio

Anyone know why I might not be getting sound from the 1/8" jack on my new isimple PXAMG. It's working fine with the Ipod jack, but I hate using the
controls on the radio and just want to connect my ipod through the 1/8" jack. But there is no sound that way, no matter what Sat mode I'm in. 1,2,and 3 all report no audio, or no ipod connected, and no sound.

I doube it's a bad cable, it's brand new....hmmmm.
