what to wrap wire harness with?
Should I use vinyl electric tape or cold shrink wrap?
I was hoping to buy it from this site where i was ordering relays
what would be better out of these 2, or should i use something else completley?
3m electrical tape (rated to 220 degrees)

cold shrink (doesnt say a temp rating....)

Are you wrapping exposed wire or just trying to clean up some wiring? Also, where on the car is this wiring run? You seem to be concerned with temperature in which case I would use the same type of stuff they use in the factory which is a type of cloth impregnated with rubber or some kind of plastic, then wrap the whole thing in those plastic tube cover things. If the wire is exposed at any point I would use shrink material and then go over that with some type of covering.

This is headlight harness wiring which runs behind the radiator and then along the driver side wall in the engine compartment. I will be unwrapping the old loom so I needed to figure out what to re-wrap it with.

The plastic cover things I was thinking of turn out to be simply called wire sleeves.
I also found this http://cableorganizer.com/richco-flame-retardant-wrap/
Couldn't find the name of the other wire wrap I was thinking of, but Ford probably has it available.
