I meant the amp feature that allows channels 3 and 4 to sample off of channels 1 and 2.

But if I can get 2 RCA "Y" splitters and have it work then that's fine.

I do not see a switgh that would allow the sampling to happen, so just go get a rca y-splitter. Be sure to get the right one as they make a couple of them depending on where you need the male or female ends.

My RCA's right now are male/male. So I would get two female to male "Y" splitters.

I found a local audio shop. I plan to swing by with pics and specs of the stuff I'm using and get more input. I think I figured a way to wire it so the "front" rca output from my HU will split to the alpine amp allowing me to convert my left/right of my HU to front/rear on my amp.

I will be sacrificing balance but I will have ability to fade. On my HU when I tell it to balance left/right it will actually be fading front/back in the car.

DO NOT DO THIS... your sound will be mono not stereo. Forget having fade just set gains how you want it so its balance

ah, no, you will be sacrificing the fader which is the front rear balance, which you can adjust with the amp. You will still have a L and a R signal, so there for still stereo.................
