Default 1979 mustang cd player install???

I have a '79 mustang cobra and I am wanting to install an aftermarket cd player. I know that I will have to cut the dash for the unit to fit and I have already ran new speaker wire to update the low watt wires that came from factory. Ok so here is my question, what other mods have to be done to install the new cd player ?

You might have to run a constant power wire to retain memory when you shut the car off. You might also need a trim ring to pretty up the install. Pretty much every stereo shop will have them. Worse case scenario, you get a piece of ABS plastic and cut it out yourself.
