Hey guys I have a 2007 mustang (v6) with the Shaker 500, and I went to hit the Aux button to play music through my phone, but when I hit it a message appeared saying "No Aux Audio". I was searching around the internet and I'm not getting a clear understanding :/ Is there any way to fix this? Thanks guys.

Did it come stock with the car or was it an aftermarket (stock HU) install? Do you have the aux ports inside the center console?

Yeah the Shaker came with the car. Theres an aux port inside the center console as well

Hmmm, think I recall people reporting this issue before and I don't remember where that thread went. You might want to just post in the 2005-2012 section to get much more traffic.

I went through this ordeal last Spring. The AUX button only allows you to connect specially designed compontents to the Shaker 500. This button would control the Satellite radio if you had it. However, there is an aftermarket product that is "supposed" to allow you connect an iPhone and control it through the Shaker 500. I tried it and had nothing but problems. It would rarely recognize the iPhone and usually it would stop working even when it did find it.

The product is from "Brandmotion", but I would advise against it. They eventually offered me a refund telling me that they were unable to get it to work on any Shaker 500 that had the same model/firmware as mine.
