Default Mach 460 and keyless entry module removal

Hey all, i have a 96 GT and want to pull out the mach 460 system and the factory keyless entry system since it doesnt work. I want to pull all the wiring for it out too but i dont want to mess anything up as far as starting the car goes. The 460 is out but the wiring is rediculous. Im assuming ill have to open the whole wiring cluster thats taped up? Any help would be awesome.

the 460 wiring goes up the drivers side in a seperate hrns and clips into the drivers kick panel and then the back of the radio. You will need to remove all teh panels on the drivers side to do it but after that it is easy to remove and worth some $$$ to someone that wants to install a 460 system. As for the keyless wiring no that will need to stay, assuming you want your power locks to work?
