Hi,
Just installed Basslink in trunk of my 2013 Mustang V6. Running factory stock radio (non shaker) and replaced all 4 speakers with Pioneer TS-D6802R.

Not sure where to set the crossover on the Basslink for best response. Pioneer says their speakers can go down to 30Hz although I imagine they would not sound very good down that low. Any thoughts where I should set the Basslink crossover to? The range can be adjusted from 50-120Hz.

It doesn't do anything for the pioneers if there isn't a high pass crossover as well. They will still reproduce as low as the signal they receive, or as low as they can, whichever is higher. In your case the sub will be able to get lower frequencies, but more importantly it will get louder at those frequencies. If the pioneers should be decent down to 80-90 hz, but lower than that they will probably fade off fairly quickly. I would set the sub to that range so you get the volume throughout the whole range.
Just my thoughts though, The best thing would be to play your favorite music and adjust the sub to where it sounds the best to you.

a speaker's natural roll-off is 6 dB/octave below resonance. Pioneer doesn't publish what the resonant frequency of that speaker is, but typically for the size it's around 70 Hz. Which means it would be more than 6 dB down at 30. It's not likely that they would have any usable output at 30 Hz anyway; it'd all be distortion. Let the subwoofer do that job.
