Speaker replacement Mustang 2013
Hi all
I whant to replace the front and back speakers in our Mustang GT 2013 convertable with the OEM Shaker 1000 with the sub in the trunk.
What is the size for both and what is the best on the market whitout spendind a fortune take note that the OEM radion will be kept.

Do you want to replace the front and rear speakers WITH the Shaker 1000 trunk sub, or do you want to replace the front speakers, rear speakers, AND the OEM sub in the trunk? Big difference.....

I just whant to replace the front and rear speaker only for better sound i seen a video of how to replace the speakers but i notice that some use 6x8 or 5x7.

6x8 will work but you'll need the adapter plates for the front door speakers to accept conventional speakers if you have a shaker system (shaker pro) has the sub. Not sure if the adapters are needed or not for the standard audio system or not but I think so.
I used the Shelby/Kicker replacements from Shelbystore.com but also added their amp and sub to my system. Expensive but sounds great.
