Disable the cigarette lighter socket when closing machine

I want to connect the device to the cigarette lighter socket, which needs to be switched off when closing the machine. How can I do it?

You could splice a switch into the power wire going to the accessory plug. You might also be able to run the power wire from the accessory plug to ignition switched power.

Install a relay and connect the coil to switched power.
