Default Spark Plug Wire Issue

Hey I sent an email already, but figured I could post here for a faster reply.

I went to install my new red Stangwires and one of the wires literally fell apart at the spark plug electrode connector. It looks like it was barely crimped onto the wire, if even at all. I didn't finish the install because of this, so I don't know if any of the others are any worse. They were also too long and before that one connector fell out, I was trying to figure out where to tuck the excess wire to prevent contact with my LT's.

Let me know what's up so we can fix this

Ryan

I got the email, thanks for taking care of it. They're already back in the original bag and box they came in, including the connector.

If you want I can get you some VERY hi-res pics of the broken connector, at least so you can show something to your supplier in the meantime.

Thanks for the help in taking care of this, I really appreciate it.

Hey sorry I haven't sent the pics, I've been out of town. I just got a call that the wires showed up 2 days ago. Thanks for all the help. I'll post the pics up as soon as I get back to my camera.
