i would like to get the door panel insterts in my 2004 cobra i want them to say Terminator or SVTcobra .it can either be engraved or a decal but i want it to be pretty big. is that possible and if so how much will it cost about. [/align]

If it's in the sense of the vehicle that ford has produced, you bet your ass it is. How do you think FORD was able to crack down on companies that used the word MUSTANG in their business names? Incase you didn't know they sued companies for $100,000 at least for using the word mustang....or forced them to change the name. Look at AmericanMuscle.com... remember what their name was before? MUSTANGTUNING... Mustang is a HORSE, just like a STALLION, but when used in regards to the vehicle produced my FORD, it violates that law and you can be sued...look it up.
that is because ford trademarked the Mustang. If ford has terminator trademarked then u are correct, however, "Terminator" was a code name used by ford during developement that became a nickname. Terminator is probablycopywrited by a publisher in hollywood, which is why I dont recall seeing many terminator labeled products and why the 03 cobras dont actually say terminator on them. from what ive seen ford doesnt hold the copywrite for terminator.
I just checked the ford site (yeah, not an in depth search but its something) and there are no references to the term "terminator" on their site.
Well if you want to take the risk of getting sued, be my guest and have a company made them...because point being, we don't play with any TRACE of a lawsuit...so this conversation is over
