Stock ones do. I know many Bullitt owners who have removed and often changed the badges on the fenders. So many people have no idea what a Bullitt is, so the GT badges make people think it is simply a GT.

Rockwell has a good link here regarding the Bullitt edition Mustang.
I think that Ford should have made all their Mustang GTs like this. The suspension and brakes truly make the Bullitt a far better driving machine at what should be a relatively marginal additional cost. There was a ~$3750 markup fo rthe Bullitt, but I know that was not due to $3750 of additional costs to build them.
