maybe that the bullitt is gear lower? or that it weighs roughly 400lbs less, bullitts are fast, i wouldnt under estimate them.
I don't know if the Bullitts got a 3.55 gear or the standard GT 3.27 gear.....but they don't weigh 400 lbs less than the new GT's......its closer to around 200. The 05/06 GT's came standard with 3.55's, but in 07 they got 3.31's standard...with the 3.55's being optional.

Good kill either way. On highway rolls the 3v GT's (when stock) can run out of steam at higher speeds.......where the Bullitt's better aerodynamics also come into play.

BTW, what do you guys run at the track in your Bullitts?

I wish I knew what my car did at the track! Especially after that race!! I have been meaning to go, but they closed the track for the season about a week or 2 ago. I guess I wont find out for 6 or 7 months. Maybe Ill get Dyno'ed in the meantime. As far as rear end gears...Im pretty sure its different than the normal GTs of 01. I am not certain what it is...I think ill do some research.

bullitts are the standard 3.27 rear end, and they weish around 3250-3300 lbs. so they are quite a bit lighter than the 05+ stangs.

Nice job! I guess it would be safe for me to say i runa 13.9 or 13.8 then, I dont have a tuner done, but I have my flowmaster and K&N cold air. Anyone else think this is feasible or am I way off :P

i have the JLT cold air intake, i really like that mod they painted the tubing to match my car it looks sweet. and i have the hypertech programmer. i did a 13.823. i think i could have did a bit better because i only ran that one time and then it got too crowed so i left. i see you have the undrive pulleys do you have to get a new belt for that and where did you get yours? if you dont mind me asking ( :
