2008 Bullitt Ford Mustang - Official Release Well, the wait is finally over and Ford has officially let this S197 Ford Mustang come onto the scene in true McQueen fashion. The 2008 Bullitt is inspired by the Ford Racing Technology group and is built upon the best Ford Mustang platform produced to date. Over 310 horsepower and over 320 lb ft of torque coupled with a sport-tuned suspension also ensure this Bullitt won’t be a slouch in the “go” department. As for looks, the Dark Highland Green coat is back to follow suit from the SN95 Bullitt. The Bullitt, once again, effectively captures the essence and aura of times past and present with its improvements in style and performance. i dont love this car as much as the 01 but ill probobly own one someday

I love it. It comes stock with the little things that most would change anyway, like 3.73 gears, and the raised rev-limiter. The few extra horses are a nice touch too. I would think it should be a 13.0 car with some practice.

I saw the pics of it in the new issue of 5.0 I think and these pictures here don't have the same look as the ones in the magazine. If you see the ones in the magazine,they look incredible. I wish they would have had a little more power under the hood though. I guess if we want a performer to match the 09 camaro, ford will have to drop a new mach 1.

LOL. On the ford website, under specs of mustangs, it has the bullit as a 5.4 32v.
(its under, options/power and handiling)
