Default Engine/Cylinder Head Question

Are the bullitt's equiped with a romeo or windsor block. I want to know because I'm shopping for heads, does anyone have suggestions or a prefference on which are better either Patriot heads or the Ford Racing heads? If so let me know, thanks.

The only problem is that the patriots don't come with cams. Where is a good place cams for a decent price?
