Fog lights for 01 Bullitt.......Help Plz

Hey everyone Im new to the site, just bought an 01 black Bullitt and it has the foglights installed with the wiring hooked up. Inside there isnt a button under the stereo to turn em on. I know that they didnt come with em but when I looked underneath I seen the plugs mounted. I was wondering if that was from what the previous owner did or did they all come like that? Thanx for the help. And yes it is an actual Bullitt it has the stamp on the drivers side all interior add ons and so on. Late Odubb

They probably had them added. it would be nothing to go to dealership and/or junkyard to get the proper switch for that slot.
