Default looking to buy a bullitt engine

A guy I know has a small mustang salvage yard. He has a 2001 Bullitt mustang that was totally cream car. The motor is perfect, tailshaft was broke off tranny but not a big deal.. How could I make this motor work in my 97 Gt? I can get motor and tranny with 41,000 miles for $1000.

The electrical is the problem. The computer got crushed and wires got cut off here and there. My computer and stuff will not work on this setup right?

I am not sure on theat one, these engines use individual coil packs, as where yous uses 2, i would think your computer could work with the correct wiring harness.
