Default Bay Area shops

Wassup fellas,

I live in Frisco and would like to have shorty headers and an H-pipe installed in my 2011 Mustang GT. Anyone know of reputable shops to go to?

Thanks!

You might already know this, but make sure any parts added are "CARB" approved.

Maybe try calling these guys for a recommendation ... http://panavia.com.

Hope that helps.

I'm pretty sure shorties don't require removal/relocating the cats. Most I've seen have been CARB legal. It's the long tubes that get you in a rough situation.

You forget, we live in california and common sense isn't allowed.
Shorty headers do need a CARB EO, basically anything from the intake filter all the way to the CATs are supposed to have an CARB EO # if they are replaced, regardless of whether they affect emissions or not.
On my '08, I have JBA shorty headers, they have a CARB EO #, but the EO is only valid for 05-07 cars, even though it's the same engine & body style as the 08-09 cars, JBA didn't pay CARB & Mary Nichols the extortion/protection/bribe money to cover the later models.
