Default Emmisions Abroad?

I might be moving to germany, england, or italy in the next year or so. What are the emmision laws in those countries? I know there is only a safety test I have to pass in Italy but I'm not sure what the laws are reguarding shipping the car and operating them in the other two countries I mentioned.

Timmay!!, I live in the UK currently, can't be too specific on emission laws but if your shipping your Mustang you won't have a problem. In my experience, if a car has alot of miles and the rings are on the way out, it probably won't pass the emissions test. If you do come to the UK, you'll have to have the lights adjusted prior to legally driving the car on British roads, this can be done before you pick the car up from the port.

By the countries I saw, then you are military. In Germany, they just changed the laws for military inspection. Tires must not be wider than the fender wells and the exhaust can't exceed 90 decibels
