Anyone here with an 05 Mustang in the UK. I am looking into buying a GT, however, I have never bought an import before and wondered if anyone can give me some good tips or provide information on any issues that they have had i.e. faults, recalls, servicing etc. I intend to get one from a agent rather than import it myself. How long have people had to wait? I had a drive of one just recently and just grinned when I put the right (or was it left ) pedal down. Have people found it easy to cope with the fact that they are LHD? Anyone had any issues with the handling on the UK roads and made any changes to compensate.

had american cars for years, no problems with reliability or left hand drive.

had my 05 six months . its a GT in silver with a right hand drive conversion! bought it from hyde in cheshire . gret fun so far and fuel comsumption is not too bad either

if you shop around for an '05 GT you will notice the price varies by a few thousand try the autotrader website
