Glad you made it on here Steve, I think I saw your car on the way out. Vermont plates? You're number 170 btw.
Just when we got the two Steve's straight, we get another one with the same color car!
Yeah, the plates are kind of a dead giveaway. I am delaying transferring plates as long as I can due to the taxes.
That is pretty crazy that the Steve's have the same color cars. I didn't see a single SGM car for the 6 months I was in New England. Someone that lives in the same apartment complex as me now has a 2011 or 12 with Drifts and Roush exhaust but I haven't met them yet. I did pass them on my way in to work two days this week so they must be on nights.

Welcome Steve! Glad to have you.
We won't hold the behavior of the other Steve's against you. LOL.
I could live with being New Steve haha thanks for the warm welcome!

Plans for the car, at least at the moment because these things change by the minute, are the following:
Boss IM, PJ Airaid CAI, New suspension (Koni Yellows with either BMR, Steeda Sport, or Eibach springs) with of course supporting mods like control arms, Kooks or ARH LTs, either GT500 or Kooks AB (I am hoping to hear some exhausts in person this weekend, I am sick of listening to terrible quality YouTube clips), Ported or Boss heads with appropriate cams, new clutch and flywheel so I can avoid shifting issues at high rpms and maybeeeeeeeee down the road a Paxton or Vortech setup. Well that and I will eventually get new wheels but that is somewhat far down the list too. I am sure before I get to that point I will have to buy a house and kids will come along so how much of this actually happens is a mystery.
I am always open to suggestions though. I know the Boss IM has a lot of mixed reviews but I got it pretty cheap and am going to give it a whirl.
The crappy thing is since I just moved down here and am renting an apartment I have no place to work on the car. Thankfully Clint said he may be able to help with that
concentrate on the RTR wheels Steve...Just remember the wheels. Say it over and over in your head with the other voices......Wheels.....Wheels....Wheels....
I was actually looking at the RTR wheels or Forgestar F14s in Gunmetal Gloss. Since we already have a 13 with RTR's maybe I will save up a little extra for the Forgestars. I saw someone who had them on a SGM and it looked amazing.
Hello all. Name's Todd. I live in Columbia with my wife and 2 kids. Just picked up a 2000 droptop GT as driving the 4 door sedan everyday was starting to make me feel like 77 instead of 37. Looking forward to meeting the Carolina community.
