well great news. house was on the market for 2 days and already sold!! I am going tomorrow to talk to a builder about the new one.

Never "settle".... after designing my house myself I wish I hadn't listened to the "expert advice" of others and should have built what I designed originally... and one thing for sure.... the garage ALWAYS should have been a lot bigger than what I could have even dreamed!!!! LOL

If any of us had the garage we "wished" we had built it would be 10 times bigger than the house.
