Reminds me the time my wife found a copper head on the next to the top step from our basement into the main part of the house. I was not sure if it was coming in or leaving. It was early spring. We have a full basement and the steps lead into the garage.

We usually see at least one copper head each year.

We also found black snake skins in our garage, 5 skins, different sizes and locations in the garage. Never saw one. Do not mind black snakes.
