For 104K you could get two or three Mustangs...a convertible for when the sun is shining, a hardtop for when its not, and a base GT with Brembos for the track.

Anyhow I can come help you do that stuff if you'd like and save you a bit of money before you take it in and get nickled and dimed at a service place.
I appreciate all the feed back and advise on where to take it. Clowe1965 I might have to take you up on that offer as soon as I get back from vacation after the 4th. I did notice thr intake manifold is leaking but from what I have read its a very common thing for the 96 gt

Well I mean hell, if we're talking about other cars for the money, I'll just take this: http://www.cars-on-line.com/45265.html

On a side note, anyone have any input on this question regarding taillights? https://mustangforums.com/forum/2005...-behavior.html

It sounds like you have sequential lights. The correct sequence is (1) inside (2) center (3) outside. About three weeks ago I was behind the wife in her 07GT/CS with sequential lights and noticed both outside brake and turn signal lights were out. It turned out both outside bulbs were burned out. I replaced hers with Sylvania 4057 LL from Wally World. I would check the bulbs first.

NOTE...Both bulbs looked good, but checked bad with a voltmeter.

You know, I was assuming there was no issue with the bulbs because they come on when the lights are on, but they are 2 filament bulbs right? I wonder if the brighter filament burned out but the dimmer didn't. It just seems odd that both sides would have done the same thing if that was the case. I'll check in just a little bit though.

This winter could be the binning of a huge project for me. Should have the car paid off in January and I'm thinking about pulling the motor. I would sell the block and the Supercharger setup. (Either together or separate) Looking at the Livernois 5.0 forged big bore block and a 3.4L Whipple setup. The next upgrade would have to be the tranny...So Steve2Stangs, if you go the route you were thinking I would be interested in your TR6060. I'm about 75% sure this is going to happen, but wanted to throw this out there in case someone wants dibs on the SC or any 4.6 guys want a 5.0.
