Yeah. Just drive normally for a bit and you'll be fine. I also read somewhere you are supposed to only drive it for 20-30 miles and then let it cool. I didn't do that, I just drove 90 miles straight home. The guys at the shop said that wasn't necessary. I've put well over 15k on mine and it's performing just fine.

That is correct. Operating temp to cool down is one cycle.
