You just never know...Six years ago today I suffered what doctors said should have been a terminal heart attack. Thanks to a quick response by CFD and Medic I made it to Presbyterian Hospital and their amazing ICU and CCU units. Live each day to the fullest... You just never know.

Oh yeah...And eat lot's of ice cream.

I just looked at my schedule and I have a Black Belt training day on the 18th. Won't have a chance to make the Diamondback Cruise or the Maryland trip.
