Good luck. I like the finished hood a bit better but I might be biased.

Finished hood? You mean without the vents?

No I mean the front lip, (i.e. the hood is a finished edge). I think the 10-12 looks more aggressive since it doesn't have the full front fascia. Not as aerodynamic unfortunately.

That's a great looking ride. Hope it goes well John. Tell Daniela I love the race red, and it's a CS.

The search is finally over. We brought this home from VA today.

It's a great looking car with the exception of a ding in the crease in the driver's door right by the door handle. And it did fracture the paint so it's going to have to be repaired by a body shop. We tried to get them to give us money off but they insisted that they were already selling the car at their absolute bottom dollar. After literally an hour or so of Daniela debating whether she wanted to go through with the purchase we finally decided we'd just bite the bullet and repair it ourselves.

Oh, and whoever owned it before was in love with automatic car washes. Swirls and car wash marks galore. Good news it will probably all buff out and look as good as new. But I've never buffed out a car so I'll have to find someone who can do it at an affordable price. I'm afraid of burning through the clear coat by not doing it properly.

Awesome car John, love the color. I would be glad to help get the paint corrected. It shouldn't be too hard.

Beautiful CS John.
If you decide to do the paint correction yourself there are plenty of people here who can give you all the pointers you need. It really isn't that difficult. After the purchase of a good DA Polisher and pads it is just a matter of getting out there and doing it.
You will only burn the clear using a rotary polisher and yes, those take some experience and know-how.
My local Autozone now carries the entire line of Meguiars.(105,205 etc)
