I've got a boat, take it 10 miles off shore, you'll be a captain, marry them, and come back. It only holds 7 so it won't be too expensive guest wise either...

Schedule it for 1pm, just have to provide snacks instead of a full meal. Pick up a Sam's Club party platter and call it done.
