Oh jeez, 4 miles is the short one? Yeah, I'd definitely die halfway. I finally convinced myself to go run again last night. Did a mile and a half and was gasping for air like a dying fish. My muscles can take it no problem, I just don't have the stamina. I need to shed off about 25 pounds. This is my year to get back into shape though since I turned 30.

I went to the doc yesterday for the yearly check-up (for the first time in a few years). I'm still a fat b@stard but, other than that, unreasonably healthy.
My Daughter came to visit last weekend. I wish she didn't live in NY. Here's a pic of me, Noreen, my Daughter Jennifer, my grandaughter Penny, and my Son Keith.
