Youngsville? We're practically neighbors! You do know there are Ford dealers between here and Fayetteville, right? 
As for events:
Cars N Coffee, Brier Creek Commons, every first Saturday of the month from 9AM to about noon.
Atlantic Avenue Char-Grille Cruise-In every second Saturday of the month from about 3PM to 7PM
Grille 57 Cruise-In, Clayton every third Saturday of the month from about 3PM to 7PM
Check out the Heart of Carolina Mustang Club's web page here, there's a 3 month calendar of events happening in and around Raleigh.
I'll be looking for that green machine while I'm out and about between here and Wake Forest, if you happen to see a bright red 2011 GT/CS 'vert I'm the fat guy driving it.

Heh, I am not a great fan of Green, but that color on the car really looks awesome! I like that better than some of the other color combinations on the Boss that are standard.
I know the feeling on the ride, the last mustang I owned was a 1994 cobra...the 2010 Shelby is just a "little" more refined...and more powerful, no insult meant or intended britt, as per my tag, I loved that car!!!!!
