We have Kevin, Clint and Steve that have agreed to inspect the cars before they take the track. It would probably be a good idea to have at least one more to help. I need someone to confirm the classes, I have heard there are three classes and I have heard there are four. I guess we need some sort of identifier for the classes and something to mark the cars as they are inspected. Can you guys work on a system? Maybe GT500 Steve can help you.
I am still trying to get my schedule cleared for that day, but I am not having a lot of luck at all. It figures, the one event that involves RACING and I have a scheduling conflict.
Anyway, speaking of racing... Here are some ideas for the classes. It is imperative to make it easy to identfy the cars and what class they are in by looking at the car number. I would suggest something like the following (using car #1 as an example):
ST/N 1 (Street tire/Naturally Aspirated car #1)
ST/P 1 (Street Tire/ Power Adder car #1)
DR/N 1 (Drag Radial/Naturally Aspirated car #1)
DR/P 1 (Drag Radial/Power Adder car #1)
So basically,list the class and the car number on the windshield and side glass of each car with WHITE shoe polish. It might be worth a phone call to the track to make sure they will help with getting the cars lined up and running the brackets, as well as qualifying,etc...

i went to Wall World today...found some stuff pretty cheap!
got the following:
2 cases of water
2 cases coke
1 case diet coke
1 case sprite
figure we can sell for a $1 a can and make a really quick profit =)
i have no coolers...and we'll need ice, day of
Now i just hope it fits in the trunk! lol

I'll probably bring the truck instead of the Mustang. I have "3" coolers I can bring and fill them with drinks if you think we could use it. Just let me know. I can also bring "4" folding tables instead of "2", and the "2" canopies I promised.
