There is really no reason for the multiple holes and if you ask me, it adds stability issues drilling multiple wholes in brackets. Just my 2 cents....
Oh and Jeff I haven't forgot about you, my distributor has been annoying slow and responding with me. They're new and I haven't fully picked them up yet.

^^ Acually the multiple holes do have a reason. If you research it by changing the angle of the LCA it changes the way force is applied to the rear tire. Your right that a stock car has no reason for the multiple holes but when you add more power, lower the car, and run slicks you will need to adjust to the other settings in order to change the geometry of the suspension and ensure you apply maximum force to the rear tire. Also eventually I will have them welded when I am making more power to address the stability but currently there is no point.
