Default Add-Ons when Buying Gears?

So to those that have done self-installs on gears, what all do I need for that? There are a few drop-down menus to choose stuff and I have no idea what to put for that? Here is the link to the page: http://www.americanmuscle.com/ford-373-0510gt.html

Thanks!

You are better off letting the pros do it. You need shims and other stuff. If you don't get it right you have to take it all back apart again.

$500 may sound like a lot, but you'll spend nearly that on the proper tools to do it yourself.

Oh I understand, just a hard pill to swallow when the gears themselves are 170.

Watching the guys at Pro-Dyno made me glad I didn't attempt it myself.
