Thanks doodz. Had it since I was 18. I've had 4, but this was my first. Did some smoky burnouts in it today...yesterday...dang, it's late...early...lol

Gonna buy my cam bearings and timing set for the 5.3 this week. The LS motors are definitely more expensive to build than the gen 1 small blocks. The motor that's in the car has tons of sentimental value since I worked on it with my old man when he was alive. Kinda feels wrong to remove it. Then I think of 550hp and that goes away. lol

Bought a 2011 Silverado wiring harness with ECM and accelerator pedal this evening. Woo Hoo!! Now to weed out what I won't be needing. Yuck.
