He's probably going to pick up a 2.5 pulley too.
Have fun. If he hasn't bought them yet the Dynatechs are a little easier to install. The Kooks fit well in the 1&3/4, but the 1&7/8 have been known to hit the steering arm a little bit. I'd also suggest buying new oem gaskets as well.... Don't use the ones that come with the headers, if they are even supplied at all.

And tell him to be sure to buy the pulley install tool also if you don't know someone that has one. Pulley won't come off without it.

And as mentioned, lock the hammers up in the house before you start lol.

Planning on going to go with the Kooks 1-3/4 since he's not going to be going for huge hp just a nice bump in power and more sound. But if the Dynatechs are a better fit then I will ask Jason about them.

I am going to order the 2.5" pulley / idler / pulley tool kit from VMP through Jason.

Poor Boy's SSR 2.5 (Medium abrasive swirl remover)
2 coats Poor Boy's black hole
2 coats Adam's butter wax
2 coats Natty's paste wax
Invisible Glass on all chrome
